Shiladitya Sarkar
About the artist
An artist, writer, and art critic, authored "Thirst of a Minstrel" and "Abstract Reality" and contributed to "Day’s End Stories: Life After Sundown in Small-Town India." His writings featured in renowned publications like Times of India, The Telegraph, and Art India. His monograph on contemporary Indian art was published by the University of South Asia Studies. Sarkar held editorial roles at Art India and Art Journal, showcased art globally, and participated in workshops at venues like the Austin Art Fair and Kochi Biennale. As a faculty member at FTII and SRFTI, he imparts knowledge on literature, art, and culture.
